Brightside Babysitter

Hi there! My name is Kara. I’m an independent and cheerful individual with plenty of experience handling the little ones. I come prepared with a plethora of fun activities including arts and crafts, baking and cooking, and sports and games for the more energetic littles. I have experience assisting neurodivergent children in finding strategies that work for their sparkle.

I look forward to hearing from you and your mini humans in the future. See you soon! : )

Get to know me

Professionally: I’ve done a lot of work with children of all ages (from 1 to 12) through my volunteering with Bonsor Recreation Complex and South Slope Elementary School, as well as babysitting for family, friends and local families.. At South Slope I worked primarily with neurodivergent children and those who need a little extra help. I love spending time with the little ones. I’m able to keep them entertained, fed, and out of harms way.

Personally: I’m a very bubbly individual. I value my family and friends above all else. I love anything to do with the arts, from singing and dancing, to painting and sewing. I really enjoy my time in the kitchen, usually baking. And with a recipe, I’m a pretty good cook too.
